L5r character creator. Mac One of the many 'spin-off' Sim titles by Maxis. The game is aimed at a younger audience, giving players the means to build a small town with limited options as opposed to similar titles, like SimCity 2000, which provided more options and more complex gameplay. SimTown is a 1995 video game published by Maxis, much like the best selling SimCity but on a smaller scale. SimTown allows the player to construct a town consisting of streets, houses, businesses and parks and then control the people in it. SimTown was one of the many 'Sim' spin-offs at the time, and was targeted more towards children. SimTown is one of several entries in the city-building simulation series, SimCity. As in prior installments, players are tasked as the mayor of a newly formed municipality, taking charge of it's expansion and success.
